Satur-Saturday @ 5:07 PM
It was a weekend to remember. Met up with my maternal relatives last weekend. My second uncle booked a bungalow at The Safra Club and invited all of us there. My family and I went there on Saturday afternoon and my sis and I stayed overnight. Had to sleep on a hard bed, but I'm complaining. I enjoyed the night. We shared a room with two of my favourite cousins, Joyce and Dorothy. Dorothy pestered me for music, Joyce and I fought over a bed. Haha, not a fight exactly, just that we can't decide which bed we want, or sides, to be exact. The main show of the weekend was the BBQ on Saturday. My mum prepared chicken wings and curry chicken. The others prepared and bought other things too. It was a night of meat and food. No one thought to bring corn or sweet potato or the likes. Plus, it would have been better if there had been marshmallows too. According to my sis, barbequed marshmallows are nice... but it was rejected by my mum. Sob sob... I'm sure it would be a hit. Many of us have sweet tooth...We went bowling during the afternoon and night as well. It was my first time. Never tried it before, and probably never would if my smallest uncle and aunt had not insisted. It was fun!!! Yippie! Wippie! I may not have the skills yet, but I will make sure I do. Over this holidays, or even later. One of these days, I'm gonna be a bowling expert! You may wonder why I am so insistent on learning bowling, and let me tell us, that is because my siblings have already mastered the skills! My brother had several strikes that day. SO ENVIOUS... My sis was good too, she may not have strike on the first try, but she does by the second! I feel so bad... my score was lousy too, may be even worst if my siblings had not helped me out. Thanks to them, I did not lose too badly. I hate being the last, I hate it even more if the score range is miles apart. So, I'm gonna hone my bowling skills. Luckily I'm not the only bad bowler there...Went to the beach as well. It's been a long time since I went to the beach. Went for a stroll by the beach, it was so refreshing. The cool weather helps. Before we checked out yesterday morning, we went to the beach again. I went there mainly to enjoy the cool sea breeze in the morning light. My cousins were collecting shells and crabs. Over the last 3 days, they suddenly developed a fascinations for shells and crabs... Speaking of them, Cheryl and Jamie were so aloof, or rather I am not close to them. Kinda break the ice when we went shell-crab hunting yesterday morn. Shawn is a lot more sociable.p/s: got a job offer to tutor english to a group of expatriates. karen gave me some advice, but i'm still hesistant. after all, it's not an easy job. have to prepare the notes myself. but that's not the worst part. the worst part is teaching. hmm... some pictures... the beautiful sky...

The Mystery of Scars... @ 3:48 PM
A cut/scar on my fourth finger. I don't know how I got it. One morning during breakfast... It hurts!
See the scar? It was so strange, I don't remember having cut myself or anything. One morning, I woke up and notice the skin around that area peeling. And it is still; whenever my hand is in contact with water, the skin around that area starts to peel... Strange... Love scar, maybe? Haha... The above by reporter

@ 4:10 PM
I was really pissed off by last night's Superband results' show. Another band with potential had been kicked out. All thanks to the useless band, Summer Breeze. What's the use of a nice band name when the members are lacklustre in their performance very week? They are ruining the whole competition. Each week, they get the lowest points from the judges, and yet, each week, they get in to the next round miraculously!!! I can't believe that!!! Last night was really the last straw. They received a failing grade from the judges, and yet they got in to the next round again. It's so so unfair... Lucify can sing and perform better than them, except that they chose the wrong song at the wrong time. But that does not mean they should be defeated by that idiotic group in the votes segment. I admit I was taken off by Lucify's image earlier in the competition, but they have since proven themselves that they are good, in vocals and music, and not just imaging. What I felt last night was similar to the night when Jade was ousted. That idiotic group should really kick their butts out of the competition, and stop wasting voters' money and spoiling viewers' moods. I want THEM out of Superband!!!On a happier note, I enjoyed Soul's performance. Every time I see them on stage dancing and singing, I am reminded of my favourite band, Energy. Their performances every week is what keeps me watching Superband every week, other than the fact that Milk is one of the hosts. Haha. Hoho. I wonder which group will bounce back to the competition in the revival. My votes are for either Jade or Lucify... We will see... Oh yes, Lucify is gonna sing Energy and Xiaozhu's song, 'yi qi zou ba'. Expecting their rendition...It's been close to 2 weeks since the start of my vacation. During this time, I went to Suntec City twice, and Ngee Ann City twice as well. All four trips did not satisfy my shopping craving though. Went with the wrong people, people who don'[t like shopping. You know what I mean... I wanna shop till my heart's desire!!! Haven't gotten myself a job as well, I need money!!! Maybe I can try being a sales assistant at Charles n Keith... Hmmm... Surrounded by beautiful shoes while working can be quite fun. *cheeky*Till I don't know when...

Written while waiting... @ 3:07 PM
Nothing much to blog on actually. Just wanna write. Yes, I wanna write, after I have been writing for so long, so much crap, if you know what I mean... Watched 2 episodes of Sweet 18 yesterday, each episode was so long... not that I'm complaining. I don't it, but I really hate the buffering thing. Sometimes, it just takes so long to buffer one, so much so that I spent 1 hour watching a less than 30 minutes part. Imagine... I guess there's a price to pay. I get to watch without having to pay a single cent. Haha...Lent my bro my extra handphone this morning, one I shared with my sis. We were lucky, won the phone in a CSS contest. Why do I have to lend him that? Reason is simple enough, the inner screen of his phone cracked during an accident in D&T class yesterday. Believe it? Really have to hand it to him. Now, I'm worried about my precious phone... Too bad it's the weekend, can't take his phone to the repair centre, or rather, he's not at home. Don't trust him enough to get his phone repaired by himself. Somehow, I'm always present whenever things happen. Hmm... He's hardly home these days, always coming home late, and getting scolded by my mum. Yes, imagine, I have to go through those tortures the entire week... Did search for a few jobs online too. Think I will apply for all, and see which one I get eventually. Frankly speaking, I'm more interested and inclined towards 'temporary bank assistant'. Yes, I don't need to have prior knowledge of anything related to banking, the job mostly requires me to enter data, some admin duties, that sort of thing. Think that will be a lot better than working in an office. Dunno...Wow, I managed to crap out a piece. Not bad, haha. Gonna go back to watching my Sweet 18. Decided to write this piece while waiting for the buffering thingy to be done anyway. Oops...
