I am officially a year older today.. I always say this on my birthday, and I am going to repeat myself here again. I DON'T feel like my age. I have not the chance to experience certain things others my age have already been through. Most of my time has been spent on what? Studies and family, I guess. But then again, my job stint at Giodarno has helped me to mature quite a bit. I can say without a doubt that I am not the same girl I am last year. I learnt to be more financially independent over the past year.

Most friends, like me, don't like to grow old. Yet, I have a friend who says she likes growing older. I guess it's because of one's experiences and mentality? Some people are more mature mentally than others are. As for me, I think I belong to the group who hates growing old. Hehe..

Going ice skating later together with my uni friends. Gosh, this will be my first time ice skating and I am NERVOUS! Lin En told me ice skating is fun, but I can't help being nervous as I am a novice at it. Well, I hope to be able to skate a little after that experience. I think this is the first time I am doing something new for birthday. And it is something I have been meaning to try for quite a while. Looking forward to it!
