Imagine my shock and surprise when I logged in to Studentlink and found the following:

I had thought I lost my chance with MDA. Never did I expect to see my name appear there in Studentlink. But I'm glad. So, I'll be going to MDA for my attachment in May!

P/S: I did not secure a place with SPH. *Major disappointment*

What a way to spend my afternoon hours on a Tuesday. Had to finish filming the rest of the scenes for the short video project for cs. Went to quite a few places in school just to get the video done, and nicely too. It was hard work. And a lot of last-minute coordinating and brainstorming.

Talked to almost every prof in the English division just to get two parents and an officer. I can't believe my guts, especially when you have favours to ask from them. Haha. It was a first. The first time I talked to so many profs within an afternoon. And the first time I took a good look at the profs' offices. Can really tell who the tidy ones are apart from the 'less-than-tidy' ones. Hehe.

Kudos to the three profs who agreed to be last minute part-time movie stars. Without them, the filming today won't be as successful and we wouldn't be able to finish it this afternoon.

What's left is the final editing part. Yeah! I hope my group gets a good grade for this video project. :)

P/s: Met Project Superstar 2 Tan Diya in the Multimedia Lab this afternoon. Haha.

Been ignoring this blog for some time. I was lazy, and busy too. :P



Reflection I got from last week:
Be extremely careful in handling my wallet. Almost lost it in school last Wednesday. What a scare.. Luckily for me, a group of students found it and passed it to the people at the Student Services Centre. *huge relief* Can't imagine what life will be like if I really lost it. All my cards are in there.. Be careful Lesli!

Went for the SPH writing test last Thursday. Boy, that test was a freaking two and a half hours long. Almost like a real exam. And I had to write two short essays in addition to other stuff within that time limit. Kinda have to force my brain to work and come up with something brilliant. But I'm glad it's over and I do hope I get the attachment with SPH. More sure than ever that I wanna work there after graduation, and before I decide what and where I wanna do my Masters. (And it dawned on me that I will be joining the work force really soon! Kinda scary when your siblings are still schooling. And when being a student has been a huge part of your life all this while. Really time to mature and think of the future.) Money and work experience first after graduation!

Hooked to him after watching My Girl. I know, that drama aired two years ago in Korea, but still, it's a fantastic drama. A great romantic comedy. What to do? I have a soft spot for romantic comedies. Hehe..

I can't help but to keep thinking back to what happened today. It was a very **** moment.

Felt that I could have done better but didn't. Felt that my brain could have turned faster but didn't. Felt that I could have been more observant but didn't. Felt that I could have vocalised my thoughts out loud better but didn't.

I hate this side of myself.

It makes me feel vengeful, of the world and the things that rotate in it.

It makes me want to hide myself in a hole and cry.

It makes me lose confidence in myself.

This is not me!

I'm becoming a sucker for Hello Kitty and Disney Princess merchandise slowly but surely..

I bought a Hello Kitty optical mouse from the school bazaar today.. (so kawaii desu..)

I bought a Disney Princess planner..

And I have Disney Princess magnetic bookmarks..

In addition to my candy pink Hello Kitty bag..

So, am I a sucker or not?

The answer is,

YES..

Oh dear..

And I love and adore my new phone, Samsung U700! A purple-coloured and sleek and slim phone.. Hehe..
